In short: By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Please review them carefully before confirming your trip.
A booking is confirmed only after we receive a deposit and issue a written confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before departure. All prices are quoted in INR and are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Cancellations 30+ days before departure: full refund minus processing fee. 15–29 days: 50% refundable. Within 14 days: non-refundable. In most cases, we offer a free reschedule to a future date instead.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, political unrest, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal or similar value.
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID, passport, and visas. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost baggage. We can arrange insurance on request.
Thrill Aura Trips acts as a facilitator between travellers and service providers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries caused by third parties. Guests are expected to behave respectfully; we may remove anyone whose conduct endangers others.
